However I have edited in the medallions next to the large banners in the Final Report posts. The B&C has certain rules regarding signatures and the banners may not exceed the 800x100 size. The standard size of the Custos Fidei (and the Oathbreaker) is 300x100. If you get three of these one next to another you have already exceeded the allowed size. Especially as many frater have banners from other events too, not to mention their own personalised banners. To this end the Inner Circle has put forward the medallion shaped Custos Fidei. This helps people adding them to their signature and show their track record in the ETL (or other Inner Circle sponsored events). However on occasion even this proves to be not enough. As such, The Shadow Guard, Grand Master of the Inner Circle, in his immeasurable benevolence came up with a third format: THE MODULAR BADGE! Here's the idea: There are two halves of the badge: The top one and the bottom one. On the top one is the generic ETL Badge and it's 500x50 http://fortressofunforgiven.homestead.com/ETL_Banner_01_Base_Top.jpg The bottom half is modular and consists of many 50x50 badges that can be used to keep your track record as well as some blank ones that can be used to complete the space and have a proper rectangular shape. The red seals represent the number of completed vows. Obviously in the first ETL there was no limit of vows so if you completed more than 5 vows you can use the 5 seals one... I hope you like this - it is a very neat way to show your track record in the ETLs without increasing the overall length of your sig. Obviously you can use the large badges or the medallions if you feel you are within the allowed signature size. BUT THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE MODULAR BADGE! There will be a follow-ups that will include the PRIMUS INTER PARES alternative for the top section for each year as well as the substitution of the White Scar oval roundel in the top section with the ETL CREST that is still under development.
