So after going through my Models the other day I have 3 built Penitent Engines, 1 built Mortifier, an unopened Penitent Engine/ Mortifier box, 6 Arco Flagellants, 17 Repentia, 2 Repentia Superiors, and both Blackstone Fortress Priests, plus a custom one.  So enough for a Penitent Host Detachment.  I need to get a few more models to round it out (I would like more Arco Flagellants) and want to convert multi piece Canoness into a "Repentia Canoness/ Palatine"

As much as I love Horus Heresy and Necromunda, 40k is what got me into the hobby, along with my friend @The_Oni_of_Hindsight convincing me to play, was the cool armor of the Space Marines. Grand Army part 5

Returning to my Grand Army idea it did not feel right to not include my Adepta Sororitas, Order of the Valorous Heart. They way I feel it would be the Sisters as the boots on Ground Force requesting aid and holding ground. Storm Troopers performing recon and scout missions. Grey Knights taking ground and performing the majority of the heavy lifting. Sisters of Silence as needed. When life gives you lemons....

Well my Adepta Sororitas had their first 2 games of 10th edition at 1,000 points vs my friend @Entropomancer. Unfortunately I lost both games. The dice were not on my side. Against the guard I could not save against his lasguns. Against the Votaan, we both could not make saves, and  I eventually had to concede. I am still working on the list and my old way of thinking has to be updated.  I need the armor support and I really want repentia in the list, just to have melee shock troops along with t

Personal Characters-

Well the challenge of the Order of the Valorous Heart Adepta Sororitas vs @Entropomancer's League of Votann is set for August 26th. We decided to drop points to 1k as we are still learning rules for Armies. A spiritu dominatus, Domine, libra nos,

So I recently got challenged by my long time opponent @Entropomancer for 10th ed 1500 pt game Votaan vs my Adepta Sororitas of the Order of the Valorous Heart. This will be an interesting fight, as I have never fought Votann. So I have been devising lists, thinking what I would take and not take.  Looking at my collection, I have to reallocate models and bring it current to 10th standards...ugh. Well that was odd few months.......

So its been a crazy few months in my personal life. The end result has made me a better person and I am very happy the direction my life is going.  But I did bust out the brush and dice getting the Adepta Sororitas out for some boarding action and resumed painting.  Unfortunately I may have to repaint the less than 10 models completed to match the robe technique I'm using for the black robes.
