Hi Folks!   Final entry of this series with a completed tiny titan. Or alike.   The paintjob has finally been quite straight forward and easy to complete. I followed the scheme I have used in previous years for my Styrix freeblade and latter with its 3 Moiraxes minions. Seizing the opportunity of a big bargain, I have added this year 1 Castellan (the star of the day) and 2 Armigers that will need some love soon.   Enough words, here come the beast:

Hi Folks,   It is now time to share the armour panels. I have decided to stick to the Eshin grey/Wraithbone combo. No third colour variation with red like on my Moiraxes. I will keep these fancy trends for the Armingers only (and I will have 2 to be painted soon).       The full tilt panoply is bicolored only on most parts. Hi Folks.   A small update since Part I, with the big guns.     I have decided not to repeat the knight livery colours on the weapons and to go instead with plain black casings. I have voluntarily limited the hue so taht it does not look like a clown: with the schemes I have already applied on the Moiraxes and the Styrix, more variety in scheme would not be a quality criteria and would instead bring too much discrepencies and lack of harmony. Hi Folks,   Now that my magnetization task is completed canceleld, I may start working on the paint job.   The knight superstructure is a really easy and fast track work as it is basically a big dry brush. The Castellan chassis is also less detailled that the Questoris chap: less accessories, less details on the sub elements. First attempt at magnetizing - Valiant/Castellan knight

Hi Folks,   After succumbing to the charms of an überbargain price on an already bargained limited edition box, I ends up with 3 Knights to be built and painted.       I have decided starting with the Castellan. Or the Valiant. Or… Both at the same time. It will be a big premiere for me consisting in trying out magnetizing a model. I of course had my dosis of tutorials on Youtube, bought some Neodyne magnets and prepared the material to commit the crime.

CtA 26 - An inventory

Hi Folks,   This is that time of the year again, Call to Arms challenge is coming back.   For this 4th iteration, my contributions will probably follow a distinct path vs. previous years. Let’s be clear, I was organizing my pledges so that I compete for the points in a limited number of categories.
