I'm doing kitbashes of the new CSM kit and the old Khorne Berzerkers kit to make modern-standard Berzerkers for my Khornate warband. The question is... does anyone have a picture of the Berzerker sprues so I can plan out what I'm doing with all three squads before they get here? I already have the wargear planned out (every Berzerker squad needs three plasma pistols, seven bolt pistols and ten chainswords) but I'd like to take a look at my options and plan out three unique squads in pose and kit variance.

= PERSONAL LOG: FABRICATOR-GENERAL ZEPHANIAH ADRIYEN, FORGE WORLD RAGNARUS = = ON THE SUBJECT OF LORD DRUGANIN, FORMER WORLD EATER = = BEGIN LOG = It is to be warned that the Bloodied Sons - the name of the former Sixth Company of the Crimson Knights currently staging assaults against the outer rim of the Ragnarus system - are led by two major individuals: Daemon Prince Traditorio, their Captain, and Lord Druganin, a member of the World Eaters who has sworn himself to Traditorio. The two are inseparable, as they complement each other's combat roles; Traditorio is a duelist by nature, whereas Druganin has a strong affinity for the slaying of great swathes of enemy forces. Druganin has a stolen and modified Shuriken Catapult belonging to Craftworld Iamfeth, a local Craftworld featuring an inordinate number of Wraith constructs; they do, however, keep a Guardian militia, which is where Druganin "acquired" the weapon from. He also wields a venerable chainaxe, which has been wielded by him since the days of the Horus Heresy. Druganin uses a set of powered armor in pre-Heresy World Eaters colors, with parts taken from multiple marks of armor, including pauldrons from a set of Mk. IV armor, greaves from a set of Mk. VI armor, no gauntlets (he prefers leather gloves) and a helm style utilized by World Eaters Veterans during the Heresy. Finally, he wears a jump pack of a more recent design, stolen from a Crimson Knights Vanguard Veteran Sergeant. If encountered on the battlefield, Druganin is to be targeted above all but Traditorio himself, as he is highly dangerous of a foe. = END LOG = I think I actually got some decent pictures for once. Anyway... This was my first time designing a model to run a weapon fully counts-as - that Shuriken Catapult's a counts-as Combi-Bolter - and my first time designing a base with anything to it other than flat and black. I think he turned out phenomenally, myself.

Hi, all. I'm picking up a box of Khorne Berzerkers and a box of CSM to kitbash together into a more modern, bigger design, in keeping with current standards. What Khorne Berzerkers have you built to modern standards, how and with what components?

I'm building a Word Bearers army, and I'd like to know: does anyone take assorted Cult Marines (Rubrics, Noise Marines, 'Zerkers and Plague Marines) together as Elites options, do they synergize well and how do they play all together like that? The way I figure it, Rubrics and Plague Marines are the only two who fight for a role (tough power armor unit made for close assault) because Noise Marines are for bunker-busting and tankbusting (if I'm not mistaken) and 'Zerkers are for melee horde control. What's the different roles for each, really, and do they really play nice together for a fun, fluffy army that wants to do okay? Does literally anyone take all four at once? I'd like feedback if possible.

+++Unit of the week+++ Khorne Berzerkers This thread is only for tactics for Khorne Berzerkers, not for pictures, there are other places for that. How to best use Khorne Berzerkers? Wargear? Legion? Which stratagems are worth throwing out? Any solid unit combos? If you want to find the other Unit of the Week threads, you can find it here ++ Heretic Astartes Resources ++- 5 replies

Close-up of the bases. Another way you can tell the age of some of my models is the generous helping of static grass I used on the base.-
