henrywalker Posted November 25, 2012 Share Posted November 25, 2012 oh god yes. any you know what else? i want a D36 for the boon table (if only, sigh, ive tried and nowhere makes them) seriously though i definitely would go for it however i imagine that each god will want to be represented as well as undivided. over in the grey knights forum we considered a custom scatter dice but that never took off. might be worth trying. also a D3 (ie a D6 with duplicate sides) is often used in our codex and might be worth it. henrywalker Posted November 25, 2012 Share Posted November 25, 2012 well a scatter would be $6 a piece (unless more than 25 people want it in which case its $4.50) which i could see some people (not all) wanting. chessex might actually make a D3 in which case we may be able to buy it non custom (although it would not have a custom image) also for the boon table it might be nice to get a dice with the numerals 1-6 and another with 10,20,30,40,50,60 on it. again chessex do make these so perhaps we could add them to our order. Either way, I'm always interested in dice. i dont have any idea as of yet, just trying to get feeler. doing 6 (potentially) different designs is going to be a huge task, and juggle as many different colors. so i just want to get a feel if this is something to do or not. if the number of people interested and the number of dice is "worth it" then i would work it for you. what defines "worth it" not certain yet. like i said, just a feeler. :P Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not the swirly kind either the plan is to do all the gods/undivided. as long as they are of the same design color matters not. so if there is enough interest then you may get your choice. But if showing interest can get me the answers to these questions with the possibility of being a "yes" to the second one, then interest I shall show. EDIT: Would it be safe to assume that for convenience's(and reality's) sake that the dice would only come in one design and that there wouldn't be like nine Legion dice or something else quite that insane? Specifically, Florida. I imagine too far away. I have previously looked for something for Iron Warriors (most of the metallic dice were too shiny and silvery than a dull iron colour) or for my WFB Chaos Undecided army (with dark bowns and blacks as main colours). My current W40K army is purple Slaaneshi CSM. To be honest though I would be happy with simple dice with Chaos Star as number 6. One with a good colour contrast between dice and pips so us old codgers can see them clearly. I could live with black dice with white pips if it had Chaos star on 6's. Cheers James depending on how many people jump in on it, you would be looking around .40 or so per die. iron warriors gonna be kinda hard. so far i cant find a good color to reflect the light steel look and the yellow. hopefully they have something in a steel/black. You would never find them in a place like Vegas and I never play with anything but. Also, fwiw, they would cost a lot less to be designed and manufactured if they are not carved.
