Some further work through the backlog of HH projects. This time a graviton support squad for the Iron hands. They’re one of the last squads I had planned, so they are made up of odds and ends.

I’ve always wanted to create one of these since Massacre dropped and I read the head of the Gorgon RoW. They’re not the most efficient unit, but my theory is either they run turn one and create an area of denial at the centre of the table. Or split them into two five man squads, each with four Grav guns, to deter skitarii hoplites in Terrax drills or podding leviathans.

An interesting unit, hopefully they will find a place in my lists somewhere.

Nice mixture of armour marks, MKII helmets on MKIII torsos looks ace! Could you give some feedback on the squad's performance after you've got some games in with them?

Well, it’s been a while…

I’ve finally decided to bring my HH forces into compliance with 2.0, quite looking forward to it….

Here’s my first offering, just couldn’t resist a dual Grav mortitat! 
 

 

Boarding shield for use with my immortals, so they can all benefit from the heavy unit type.

But I’ve magged the pack so I can run him without the shield with standard destroyers:

Thanks Lord Ikka, the spear is from conversion world.
