Chosen Counts-as Question

I have quite a fair sized IW force.

 

I have two Chosen squads. One is from 4th, and is converted, and is about to undergo its final mod (plasma guns to combiplasma). 

 

One was from 7th and was combibolters and CCWs. I used MK III marines for this squad, and am now considering making it a counts-as Plague Marine squad. What's the 2 cents- is a squad in MK III armor in an IW army enough visual differentiation?

If attending event i'd ask the organiser beforehand. Other then that, can't imagine anyone having an issue with it! I'd say it would be fine for events as well, but better to check ahead.

I think it would be fine as long as no other models in the army were in Mk3, and that unit was entirely in only Mk3. Bonus points if they're a bit green or something!

Or maybe try some rust and pipes that has burst and some fluids running from joints and sockets.
