Four ingredients actually.

On the crevices I use Ammo Mig Streaking Grime for US Vehicles.

On the edges I begin with a drybrush of Typhus Corrosion.

Then I use a mud texture (you can choose whatever you have at hand).

After that I apply pigment fixer with a brush on the areas I want, and then I gently drop the pigment over it by flicking a brush with Humbrol pigment.

Then I wait for it to dry, and finish with a gently brush to remove the excess pigment.
