Ammonius
And lo, I did see 9 beasts of techno-daemonic greenstuff, resin and styrene plastic, and nothing could stand before them! All kidding aside, here are 9 obliterators that I have built from old plastic terminators, fistfuls of weapons, plasticard, and more greenstuff than I originally thought I would need. The heads are Forgeworld Chaos Renegade enforcer skull-helmets, and I used metal coil and flexible resin power cables from Zinge industries. There are also assorted bits from the loyalist devastator kit and chaos spawn kit. In addition, I magnetized the arms for ease of transport, and to allow for new arms to be made, if say, Obliterators get new and cool options in 6th ed. They are proportioned differently than GW's Obliterators (shorter legs, bigger arms) but take up the same space on the table, and because they aren't half pound chunks of pewter, they perch on slopes and in difficult terrain nicely. Kizzdougs
Awesome Obliterators!! The green stuff work and the weapon conversions are really weldon. Some variation on the heads would be good. Because I'm not a fan of the GW minis I love to see different interpretations of Oblits. You've done a great job! Ammonius
Thanks for the encouragement everyone! Building these guys was the longest and most involved project I've done for 40K. Garrus, is that you? Nope, sorry. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/253179-obliterators/#findComment-3073472 Share on other sites
