I did manage to complete the magnetisation so here are a couple of photos to show where I fitted the magnets (marked with the green/blue circles). Tengo Posted November 18, 2011 Share Posted November 18, 2011 The whole army is bloody impressive to say the least, certainly an inspiration to players like me who were thinking "Well, all I need is another dread, another speeder and a box of termies or two xD) This whole thread is just great evidence to the fact, that once you start collecting the unforgiven, it will be a loooooooong time before your job is done xD in all seriousness though, this did make me realise that I've still got a long way to go, and I'm just looking forward to having a battleforce as large as yours. The landspeeders are beauts, if you don't mind me asking a noob question, from where do you acquire your mini-magnets? and how would I go about magnetising my models? On an earlier post on this thread there are pictures of where the magnets go and on this thread: http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.p...howtopic=233713 I magnetised a Pred but the idea is the same. I am happy to give more info if you want, just let me know what you are looking at magnetising... I will have to take a short break from the DA as my 3 Crisis suits (1 x XV84 and 2 x XV89s) from forgeworld have turned up. But the good news is that I still have many more DA in the painting queue (the plan is to do the 8th (Assault) squad next)!
