Keep up the good work. I just noticed the Accipiters chapter. I have never heard about them before and I cant seem to find anything about them.

I was only able to find a picture of them, this picture is from the Limited Edition 7th Edition Space Marines Codex.

I think I looked up most of those yesterday and found nothing about the colours and symbols.

... this is probably the first time I've regretted throwing my 4th Ed Chaos Codex away.

 

Where are you getting the lists of names from anyway? Ignoring the fact they don't seem to have all the stuff from the Ltd Ed booklet, Lexicanum is pretty comprehensive.

Yes, it is.. but that is how it is on Lexicanum as well. (Here and here) If you have a different photo reference for either I would love to see it!

Huh, it's curious that there are two warbands with exactly the same heraldry and icon. Well, if I stumble across an alternative to either of them you'll be the first to know ;)

The Celestial Guard have undergone some strangeness recently - from the purple/cream/gold scheme linked to a white/blue drab looking scheme, supposedly due to some obscure half-hearted reference in a novel. Not sure on the details, but it threw a spanner in ideas for them as part of my WiP.
