The4thHorseman
I've been searching high and low to see if anyone had made a tutorial on how you would actually do this, and found nothing. So far I've ben able to magnetize the Missle Pod Top and the Flamer/ Bolter Option on the Hull. The problem arises with the two weapon options, the autocannons and the plasma cannonades. Both have an ammo feed/ wire harness and a hopper. I currenty have each one of each weapon option and two sets of socket joints, one for each weapon option. How has anyone magnetized their arms and ammo and hopper to be interchangeable without being a bunch of little pieces? I know I could just not attache the ammo/ wire harness, and just mag the weapon and hoppers, but I'd rather not just do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Lorenzen
http://orig15.deviantart.net/abbc/f/2015/260/7/0/deredeo_by_typhion-d99xsb3.jpg not the greatest picture in the world, but this is pretty much the simplest and best way to magnetize the deredeo and is the same way that Will Hayes magnetized his i used 4mm magnets on this one and got a really nice hold on the guns just sink the magnets into the arms & body as usual and you get a nice snug fit Hope that helps
The4thHorseman
Ok. So you glued the weapon into the swivel joint? Then just maged at the ball joint? Also did you glue the hopper to the gun inself or is it just attached via the cables?
Lorenzen
Yeah weapon is glued to the joint and the power supply/ammo hoppers are just glued to the cable/ammo feeds which are in turn glued to the guns. The less parts the better imho.
