imperial fists alternative colour scheme

Hi, I've heard that for the heresy era there was an alternative colour scheme for the imperial fists.

It was mostly grey or silver with only parts of the armour painted in golden yellow instead of overall yellow:

Can you tell me something about the background of this alternative, who used it and why?

where can I see another examples?

Thanks!!

I think that scheme was used during the Unification Wars and afterwards until Dorn was found, the grey being the standard unpainted ceramite of the young proto-legions, the gold being representative of their roles as honourable yet firm custodians of this glorious new Imperium, it's also around this time they earned the name of Imperial Fists as they put down a cubic F-ton of would-be rebellions that thought they could rise again with the passing of the Imperium's main forces to as yet unconquered foes.
