Phase 1 - The outline
This is a quick outline of what happened during Phase 1 of the campaign. Pics are there, but not great (apologies, I am terrible), and this is more of a stream of concious/AAR that I did for the campaign rather than anything really organized or story-like. I will work on some sort of in-character updates later.
Phase 1
Special campaign rules - Started off at 1k points games, increasing by 250 every two games. Start off with 6XP given to a single character (Xaphan took all and gained trait: Fleet of Foot). My detachment is Renegades and Raiders (all ranged weapons Assault and +1 AP vs opponents on objectives).
Game 1
Opponent: T'au
Mission: Supply Raid
Result: Win, + 250 Supply Limit
The Forgotten Fallen took victory over the insidious Tau, spreading their utter hate and contempt of the Imperium and Xenos ever further. Final score was 8-1.
Agendas attempted were Blasphemous Ritual and Search Drop Site. Blasphemous Ritual was completed 7 out of 9 times, fully by both Xaphan the Castigator himself and the Neferus Chosen squad, once by the Xelith Raptor squad before they were wiped from the board by plasma fire. Search Drop Site was completed by both biker squads and the Nerferus Chosen squad, granting the Fallen a total 1 SAP and 2 Battle Points for a win.
The Neferus Chosen squad managed to level up and became Hate-Fueled Butchers, giving their WS a +1. Unfortunately, after being blasted off the board by a combination of fusion blaster Crisis suits and a Broadside's railgun, the Belgor Terminators gained a Mark of Shame Battle Scar. Not wanting to be separated from their Lord, they had to use up an RP for Rest and Recuperate, removing the scar.
Finally 5 Chaos Glory points were earned, 1 going to each Personal Glory/Dark Gods, and 3 to Warfleet (4/4/6). And for the Supply Raid victory, 250 points of supply limit were added, moving the total of the Fallen to 1650 points.
Game 2
Opponent: Leagues of Votann
Mission: Stranglehold
Result: Loss
Votann threw back the raiding Dark Angels, 8 to 6. Both armys managed to gain 1 SAP, the Votann by Driving Deep and the Forgotten by Searching Drop Sites. The Chaos Gods seem to have frowned on the Forgotten's lack of reapect, as many Dark Pacts were failed and mortal wounds dispensed on the Fallen Angels. However, even though many units were destroyed, not a single unit failed an Out of Action roll for the Lion's misbegotten sons.
While the Forgotten ultimately loss the battle, five units managed to reach a new level of experience. Xaphan the Castigator gained a Conversion Field relic, making whichever unit he joins now have a ranged invuln save (good for Chosen!). The Urial Chosen squad also became Hate-fueled Butchers, gaining +1 to WS. The bike squad Rafael became Calvary Outriders with a Scout move, their biker brothers in Tellan squad are Evasive, so worsening AP against them as long as they move. Finally, the Raptor Squad Xelith gained Stealthy Arrival, which gives them Stealth and no Overwatch against them until the next turn
Game 3
Opponent: Orks
Mission: Front-line Warfare
Result: Loss
The Forgotten failed to repulse the Ork horde. As wave after wave of greenskins attacked, the fallen sons of the Lion went down fighting, 6-12. Two squads lost their Out of Action roll, and the biker squad Rafael had their Calvary Outriders ability removed while the Neferus Chosen Rested and Recuperated for 2 RP (3 remain). While they did lose the battle, the Forgotten gained 1 SAP from Searching Drop Sites and made enough Chaos Glory points to remain neutral in their paths (4/4/6).
Raptor squad Xelith was Marked for Greatness, as they were the only remaining unit on the board at the end of fighting.
Game 4
Opponent: Space Marines (Frozen Fists)
Mission: Saboteurs
Result: Win, + 1RP/+ 1SAP
Forgotten win the battle, 10-6 (Forgotten were Attacker, went 1st). 3 SAP gained, 1 from victory, 1 from Prime Macro-Ordinance, 1 from Strategic Dominance.
Chaos Glory points gained 5. New path totals (6/6/7), now Favored in Warfleet. Use Warfleet bonus for free Increase Supply Limit Requisition (2050 points total). Did not gain second bonus from Warfleet (free Weapon Upgrade/Battle Trait on a d6 roll of 6).
2RP gained, one from victory -> spent 1RP for Increase Supply Limit (2250 points total, 3RP left)
No units failed Out of Action rolls
5 Units upgraded-
Raptor squad Xelith gained Take to the Skies (uppy/downie once per battle)
Terminator squad Belgor gained Grim Survivors (once per battle 5+ FNP, 4+ if below half strength)
Havoc squad Abalim gained Despoilers Without Mercy (+1 to BS)
Chosen squad Neferus gained Fleet of Foot (Re-roll Advance Rolls. Unit can Advance and still perform Actions. Enemy units cannot use Overwatch Strategem if this unit Advances.)
Chosen squad Urial gained Trusted Hounds (unit has +1 OC when lead by a character)

Alliance managed to gain +2 control levels in the Grand Battery, and +3/control of the Spaceport after phase 1.
Battle Scars - None (Bike squad Tellan lost a Battle Trait due to a Devastating Blow)
