So while on a Tour of Northern Ireland, the tour stopped in Belfast for about 2 hours self guided tour and lunch. After Lunch at Hellcat Maggie's, the wife and I were about start walking around Belfast and I made a joke that there should be Warhammer store near by. She laughed said better not be. turned the corner and there it was. Store #6 

Store was about the size of my local stores and pretty busy.
