"After a period of recuperation,...."
"....the subjects were instructed in the methods of combating the Daemonic, trained in the use of the 666 verses of the Book of Exorcisms and equipped with the weapons of an Exorcist. The two companies were then put into action on a Daemon-infested world on the northern fringes of the Eye of Terror. With a squad of the Grey Knights held in reserve, the Exorcist Space Marines achieved a kill ratio of 97:1. Impressive under normal circumstances, but against the Daemonic, I'm sure you'll agree that these figures clearly indicate that the procedure is both safe and effective."

It's been a few months since I have touched on my Exorcists Space Marines. Working my Order of the Valorous Heart Adepta Sororitas led my to working on my Grey Knights for an upcoming 1500pt game. With the Call To Arms 2025 coming up I was thinking of painting my Adepta Sororitas and was like nah. Grey Knights I have stuff to build and paint, and I just about finished painting the 3 models I need for my game. Plus I want that desire to paint an army for Crusade as well. I have 11 Completed models for my Exorcists (All scouts), Chaplain almost done (needs some touch ups, back pack and base, and my Terminator test bed needs his base painted. Well my Call to Arms 2025 is gonna be Exorcists Chapters of the Adeptus Astartes. More specifically, the Enochian Guard, aka 1st Company
Captain in Terminator Armor
Librarian in Terminator Armor
2x 5 man Terminator Tactical Squads
1x 5 man Terminator Assault Squad
Ballistus Dreadnought (possibly exchanged for Brutalis)
2x 5 man Scout squads
Right around 1000 pts
But I'll be adding other models to the vow as well
Chaplain in Terminator armor
Ancient in Terminator armor
So while waiting for the paint on my Grey Knight models bases to dry, Started working on non Vow Exorcists
1st up was my test scheme Terminator's base and give him his matte finish
Next up was tasting a new color combo, which I like better
Model Primed black, then sorta zenithal with Plate Mail spray (Army Painter), all bits not Red armor, painted and highlighted, and then armor Bloodmoon Red Speed paint 2.0 From the Army Painter John Blanche line...I think hopefully it is released as an individual, it may be Carmine Dragon speedpaint- I will verify later.
