"So as everyone is here, it is time to begin," said Inquisitor Lord Gregor Von Hal.

   "Since it is your world, Governor Corvin Augulant, tell us what you know about the situation on Khymara Prime," asked Inquisitor Lord Von Hal.

   "Our last report, the Adeptus Arbites, have reported multiple incidents of mysterious military grade incendiary devices used in building ruins, source unknown. The Local Enforcers have reported multiple encounters of extremely violent gang fights in the underhive and Hive Cities, where one side is beheaded," Governor Augulant said nervously. 

    "We all have seen the reports, Governor. And the question was not about the report, it was about the situation on Khymara Prime. Is Khymara Prime still loyal to the Emperor? Is there a Xenos threat?  Do we have loyal forces planetside? It is "your" planet,  Governor, you should be able to rattle this all off," said Deathwatch Captain Rey Rojo of the Crimson Fists Chapter of the Adeptus Astartes as he looked across the table at the Governor. 

     "Captain Rojo, I can ensure you that the Governor did not mean any disrespect to you or others at the table. He is just unaware of the protocols of War Council such as this," responded Junior Interrogator Mord Vand Der Flint. 

     "I believe that, Governor is just a figure head, Captain. I have been on planet long enough to answer those questions," replied Palatine Nataleia Harrow of the Order of the Valorous Heart. 

     "True Combatants can give a military evaluation, not those that have had brief stints in the PDF and read reports," commented Tempestor Prime Lonzo Wilkinson. 

      "I previously stated that you and the Deputy Governor are unfortunately probably the most ill informed people in the room. But only due to a lack of experience, on the matters we will discuss, did I not Governor," said Inquisitor Lord Von Hal.

       "The Governor, does not know what is going on, on his world," stated the warrior in the Silver Tactical Dreadnought armor. "I have read his mind, and he is clear of corruption. She is not," he continued and then pointed at the Deputy Governor. 

       "I am not corrupt," shouted Deputy Governor Nirom as she stood up. 

       The Grey Knight, Captain Rojo, Palatine Harrow, Tempestor Prime Wilkinson, the Frateris bodyguard, and Celestian Sacrescent Bodyguards all rose and drew weapons. 

       "Paladin, eliminate the Heretic," Inquisitor Lord Martyn Odum said. 

       Grey Knight Paladin's eye shined a bright blue as did the blade of the halbred he carried. He made a quick slash with the halbred and removed Deputy Governor Nirom's head.  Head rolled off the body and fell to the ground then the body slumped back into the chair.  All the other warriors at the table sat down or returned to protective stances. The Grey Knight Paladin walked over to Former Deputy Nirom's head and body. He splashed a fluid on the head and a sizzle and a burn smell filled the room.  The Grey Knight Paladin bent over and picked up the Skull and set it in front of the Governor. 

         "Heretic, a Servant of Slaanesh," the Grey Knight Paladin said  as he returned to his seat. 

         Governor Augulant stared at the skull of his former Deputy Governor Reeta Nirom, his friend, his flight commander, some one he owed his life too or did. Above her brow line there was a dual crescent moon one face down the other up with a circle at the bottom connected by line indented in her skull. Tears began to swell and he looked over at Mord, his childhood friend, his Palace comms operator, and as it turns out an Interrogator for an Inquisitor. Mord's face showed no remorse or even concern over the death of Reeta.
