Trokk the Denier - High Kahl
High Kahl Trokk. Ork-Slayer, Man-Hunter, Reaper of the Damned. None of these appellations compare to the one that has come to define this deadly and enigmatic warrior.
The Denier.
The Ironkin who became more in order to protect his family.
A miner like many others, Trokk was nearly destroyed when the plague ravaged the Shattered Star Kindred. The only Ironkin left alive on an asteroid camp after an Ork raid destroyed what remained of the Kindred's few Ironkin and sickened organics. The Denier didn't rage, didn't give into despair, or self-terminate. Trokk infiltrated an Ork kill-kroozer, stowing away in a pile of other Ironkin bodies the Orks were taking for salvage. Killing the grots and their Mek overlords, he coldly conducted a campaign of ambush and sabotage, slaughtering lone boyz and planting explosive booby-traps along what the Orks used as maintenance crawl-ways. For days this continued, the deaths and explosions lost in the normal chaos of an Ork warship, while Trokk got closer to his destination. He was finally able to reach the torpedo tubes, vast tunnels housing crude missiles. Setting the last of his League explosives, the Denier let go of all pretense of stealth and rushed into a hanger bay. Barely making it to a looted Imperial Arvus shuttle, the gravely wounded Trokk managed to blast free from the kill-kroozer moments before its own torpedoes cracked it in two. A Gnostari Dominion pioneering fleet found him before he expired and the legend of the Denier began.
Trokk the Denier is a cold, calculating leader. Channeling the silent rage of his people's deaths, he leads a veteran Grudgeband of Ironkin across the stars to pursue his race's many enemies. No strategy is too absurd, no sacrifice is in vain, if it will save the lives of the Kin. Trokk is rarely out of the center of battle, leading his Hearthkin into the fray and meting out the judgement of the Ancestors with his robotic hands.
