IMHO I think the fanatic line is great.  Dropper bottle, shaker bottles are standard. The Triad system (Desaturated Blue- Grey Triad shown below) is great.

 

 

 

I have been using a similar system from Andrea Miniatures paint sets , which consist of 6 colors Base, 3 Highlights and 2 shadows. The downside of these is the paint (base color) is super thick, clogs eye dropper, and will push the eye dropper out causing your waste paint. Other issues are they have been getting harder for me to get and base color is gone usually before the other colors and with a few of them the bottle do not give you a product/ paint code or  name to replace them. I know GW has their own Triad System too, and I have used it, but I feel the GW is lacking.
