Unlike the Imperium, the Golden Kingdom’s view of xenos is not as extreme. Individual xenos are viewed through the lens of their own individual actions & rarely are all xenos of any species lumped together as a whole. Xenos who are willing to dedicate themselves to Christ are welcomed into the Golden Kingdom & afforded the same rights therein as any other human would be. Aeldari, Orkz, Necrons, Tau, Kroot, etc., if any are willing to accept Christ as their savior, then they are welcomed into the Golden Kingdom with open arms, however, as with all others, it must be the choice of each individual.

While the Scions of the Golden Kingdom are willing to accept any sentient xenos into their Kingdom, they are not so naive as to believe that all xenos would be willing to join them. Xenos such as the Orkz, who live only to fight, are approached with extreme caution & rarely, if ever, will any Ork accept this offer. Tyranids, being little more than a hivemind of voracious creatures, are never approached as they are considered no better than demons. Due to their limited contact with the Necrons, having mostly only heard of them, the Scions are certain that only the intelligent Necron lords are even capable of devoting themselves to Christ & even then, it is highly unlikely that they would even consider such.
