They were already made beforehis announcement. He just posted them on YouTube for people's convenience.Doesn’t matter, if you’re genuinely scared uploading would bring the hammer down, you don’t then upload regardless. It’s just drama capitalisation.

Also Alfabusa has released two TTS videos today after his big “I can’t do this because my future is in jeopardy” announcement, so people will end up shutting up about that aspect.

That relies on AN being honest about the situation, because it does contradict what’s happened with a few others who’ve detailed dealings. But I will admit that until now I didn’t know about them, so I can pass real comment and could be waaay off base.

This something that, as a multinational and multi-million pound corporation, GW would never do. Look at things from a business perspective: With the launch of Warhammer+ and the content it will host, fan content creators stopped being fans. And became competitors. Competitors who, on the individual level and using TTS as an example, rake in 180K per year by blatantly infringing on GW's IP. There is no reason GW would allow any of that to continue. And despite what some folk think, GW's approach wasn't that ham-fisted. They went to fan content creators and said "Hey, we like what your doing with our IP. We'd love to have you come in house and make it an official product. Unfortunately, if you refuse, we are aware of what you're doing and we'll have to enforce our IP rights." Ham-fisted, in my opinion, would've been to announce Warhammer+ and then immediately send out the C&D notices to everyone.No, it's GW going "Join us or die". Shall we point to the fan animators who declined, demonetized their videos and Patreon AND WERE STILL FORCED TO DELETE THEIR CONTENT? Alienating the fanbase is a way to lose money. Look at what happened with Star Wars. Thanks to snide, rude and downright cruel comments made by some of the higher-ups in LucasFilm after the Disney acquisition, the sequel trilogy proceeded to tank. Games Workshop has a much smaller base than Star Wars, so doing something like that would ruin their company. GW, as a company and legal entity, needs to realize: Their company can cease to exist, TOMORROW, and the setting will continue. The fans will continue it, because we don't need them. They need us. This is my last comment on the matter. Don't @ me I’ll @ you to quote Star Wars and say “everything you just said was wrong”. Especially saying the sequel series tanked when they’re the highest earners of the franchise. I don’t even like those movies and I’m not wailing. If you can name content creators who refused and were attacked then maybe I’ll believe you. But bear in mind, having already received a fortune from the stolen IP *is still a legal issue*.

There is but its not a ironclad guarantee. But regarding TTS I personally believe he should reach out to GW for a definitive answer.I'd assume he would of done that without just shutting down his channell. If he hasn't atleast try to contact them, I feel more justified thinking this is an overreaction on his part. From what I gather he has not. He hasn’t, it makes me wonder if he was just using this as an out? Not meaning to put negative intent on him, but with how slow the updates became, maybe he wasn’t feeling it anymore and now has a chance to leave without the backlash going onto him.

You do know those aren't even the kinds of lists winning tournaments at the moment, right? Being able to take on things like Necron obsec Scarab spam or Daemon players with triple KoS and/or an unkillable Lord of Change are far more pressing issues. 9th isn't 8th. So all you have said is that DG cant be a non tournament winning list then lol. You do realise that the decimators kill morty in 1 round of shooting not to mention any terminators etc with an average of around 28 mortal wounds + whatever damage the defilers disco lords and daemon prince can do. At 930pts just for the double Discos and triple Decimators, I'd hope they'd be able to kill a 490pt model...

I think they tend to shoot themselves in the foot somewhat when they release a full Codex with only one or two models to accompany it, the scramble to have a set amount of "extras" alongside leads to these odd wee boxes. Buuuut yeah, I'm at like 7-8kpts of smelly boys, so I can't really complain. Gimme dat Codex and Lord Spooge.

I can't see our points going up hugely, just a minor increment. I'm actually mildly optimistic base equipment Blightlords will drop a little. Not a huge change, just shaved down here and there.

Funny you mention the Nightbringer. Because.... You can still one-round Mortarion with the Nightbringer. The fact that he DOESN'T have the "Can only take 4 Wounds per phase" ability somewhere is galling. Especially because, let's be honest here, he's going to be a 500 point or so model (because remember: 25PL is 500 Point games, and Mortarion is 25PL) He’s staying 490 according to Warcom. But I do agree that it’s silly that a big Ork is tougher than Morty.
