Just curious as to why there aren't any Grey Knight box sets available?

Anyone in the Lake Geneva, Burlington area?

Has there yet been a comprehensive guide written/posted yet for Grey Knights for 8th Edition?

In that novel, I don't think that was Celestine. That was some other, pompous wind bag of a saint, and that saint gave him a pretty good run if I remember.

In recently reading some threads on how people proxy certain models for others, and people's disdain/acceptance of such practices, I'm now wondering: Model wise, what separates a Paladin model from a Terminator one?
