So, I'm planning on building the Third Watch Company of the Onyx Patrol (Screw you, Eldar!), as they're pretty cool. Now, my HQ units are going to be from all the traitors in the Badab War, so we'll have... A Black Shield Captain, An Executioner Chaplain, A Mantis Warrior Librarian, and A Lamenter Librarian. Okay, so that's cool, but getting into melee is going to be hard as nails for basic infantry, and I'm sure as hell not marching them across the board. Besides, the Onyx Patrol probably uses lots of fast stuff to kill the knife-ears. So, I want each of my two Vanguard Squads to be accompanied by an HQ unit... however, there aren't any Chaplains with Jump Packs... Would anyone in their right mind be opposed to my taking a Chaplain with a Jump Pack, and having him count as a Captain with a Jump Pack and a Power Maul?

At my LGS and was weak enough to buy this lovely chap for my deathwatch. of course then I realised that chaplains in our codex can't get jump packs. So i figure he will have to be allied in from another codex. He could be a blood angels chaplain or dark angels or even vanilla if I wanted. Or an interrogator chaplain even. He doesn't have much chapter markings so any vaguely "wingy" chapter will work fine although I think I'd prefer blood angels but I'm flexible. What do you guys think is the best of the chaplain build I could use? He will be with either a vanguard squad of 4 hammer/shields and 1 heavy hammer. Or in a squad of more infantry killing claws and flamers etc

Let's begin the "Watching Out" discussions with a focus on the Commanders of the Watch: Watch Masters, Watch Captains, Chaplains, Librarians I want to survey the boards opinions on their relevancy and useful weapon load-outs.
