So far I like the Titan stats in 10th, but they really should be able to ally and use forge worlds tactical and strategy Cards. Also the Princeps, moderati, , Titan Engineseers, and the Titans Machine spirit should get some actions. What would be the best way to replicate this? Have the Titans be able to use Admech Abilities and have "Command Heroes" be inside the Titan? Also have warhounds be able to dodge/Cycle shields, and deep strike? Have Over power Void shields for a 3+ Invulnerable or even Feel no pain? Whats your thoughts?

Hey there, thanks to the ICs podcast I just picked up the rules set for AT as well as a box of knights. I was hoping for the rulebook to be layoutet like most GW and FW rules: lore, rules and then a variety of armies and backgrounds. The latter part is in fact the problem. There's rules for Gryphonicus and Tempestus, but there's also colorplates for Mortis and several knight housholds like Vyroni and the like. So, uhm, is there something like codexes that give me more variety of special army rules and especially a sorted layout like you'd expect from a codex? I mean, Codex IK not just shows you the different knight classes but introduces major houses and their specialties... where is all that? It was actually not even easy just by looking whose side Mortis is on (I know they are traitors, but the layout wasn't being exactly clear). Do I have to get Molech and Titandeath as sort of codexes? I'm a bit disappointed that FW didn't at least include two Legios for each side in the basic rules and actually provide a bit more info on knights overall.

There's only a little bit of discussion about the Mechanicum on the forum, so thought we should start a dedicated Tactica thread! With the Red Book starting to make it's way into our hands now, it is the perfect time to discuss what they can do, both on their own and as Allies. Major changes are listed here: http://www.belloflostsouls.net/2015/09/mechanicum-taghmata-codex-changes.html As expected, the Castellax increased in price - they were a bit too cheap before, but they're still worth it. Ordinator getting Armourbane is nice! They've allowed the Magos Dominus to join Monstrous Creature units, with some caveats. Mechanicum Land Raiders have changed massively - I expect a model to be released for the "Macroarid Explorator", and pity anyone who has to change their weapon-loadouts now. Edit: this is all conjecture until we have the book in hand, but it seems legit.
