So if you have a Word Bearers Lord Discordant and give hime the exalted possession WL trait he then has 10 wounds. Does he degrade when he hits 5 and 3 wounds left? What degrades on him? I can’t seem to find anything about this in FAQs. Thanks

Hello Daemon players. I had a game with a guy that I know from work, but he lives out of town so I've never played with him before. He played an all Slaneesh daemon army, and I've never played against them before so I had to take everything he said at face value. Some things did not seem right though, particularly after watching some Codex reviews. Amongst his claims were: -His whole army has strike first (thought that was the old codex). -Everything is -1 to him both in close combat and at range, all the time, no exceptions. To be fair he had just gotten his codex and was new to Daemons himself, but it still seems like some of these claims are off. -
Hi Brethren, I'm confused as to how the "split" rules work with reinforcement points. It can be argued that blue and brimstone horrors are free when replacing destroyed pink horrors is already paid for by the original unit cost. I don't see anything in a FAQ to clarify. How are people judging the rules on this unit? I have to assume you need to come up with split model points, but I could be wrong. Sorry if this has already been covered in the forum. Sometimes a rule will allow you to add extra models to an existing unit from your army during the battle. Unless otherwise started, adding these models does not cost any Reinforcement points. Reinforcement Points: Difference between points limit and the total points value of all units in your army. When a unit is added to your army during a battle, reduce your Reinforcement points by the points value of the new unit. Adding models to existing units does not cost Reinforcement points. -
Can Forge World units like the Contemptor, Leviathan and Sicaran currently take Chaos Marks with the new codex, or do we have to wait for an Imperial Armour Errata to sort the mess out?
