I've been wanting to do this for a while now and with The Dark Apostles tutorial in the Librarium, I just had to make it hapen.

The green stuff work is done. Here is a comparison shot to show the size diference from a stock Oblit.

Nice obliterator you've got there :(. Green stuffing is great. But I have no idea what weapon he has in his right arm?

Thanks dude! The Right arms central weapon is the front end of a 1st edition SM plasma cannon.

Here's an update on the Oblit with most base colors in place and about 75% of the work done on the bronze armor.

Quick update.

I've decided to use old style Rhinos for my Chaos. I'll be scratch building some upscaled ones shortly. For now I'll be using the original old Rhinos. Here is the first one.

I should have an update on the Oblit tonight.

This is the basecoat of Bronze. I'll be doing some green washes and highlighting tonight.

I've slightly changed the way I'm doing the Bronze. It's easier to paint now and still gives a more gritty effect. Here's the Plasma gunner he's still WIP.

These are great, Megalodon. <_< Been watching this thread for a while, always impressive. I still love that Daemon Prince. :eek

New squad looks awesome. I vote green on the plasmagun. Should look better next to the red, and since your models have a bit of a greenish tint to them it'll help tie it together.

Thanks for the comments!

The Pgunner is done minus the shoulder insignia and the basing. I tried the Purple plasma coil and really hated it. So I went with the old reliable green coils.

I forgot how tedius cutting and mounting bolts/rivets is! :)

Looks good. Will the knife handle remain uncoloured?

Good catch, I completely missed that; thanks!

Do you use plasticard rod for the rivets? I find that way is easiest.

Yeah, I use rod. I cut, then mount 'em followed by filing to a semi-regular hight. It's still tedius, but it does look kool!
