Very nice, Beork. Might I ask how you did the coils/hoses? (The metallic attachments are what I'm talking about. Not sure what to call them, properly.)

@ Aquilla and Brother_Beork - Gotta say I love those bionics.. Have to try and make myself a set sometime.

Mine would be this.... my Rogue Trader

I need to go rework some stuff like the shoulders now I know a little more about using GS, but you get the idea.

Cheers

My best conversion would probably be this:

it's the only major convertion I've ever attempted... this is what I did:

- I didn't use the kneeling marine legs, I made these from the ones supplied in the tactical marine box

- the narthesium/reductor is scratchbuilt

- the hand lifting the dead/dying marines head is greenstuffed

- added guitar wire connecting the helmet to the backpack of the apothecary

- drilled bullet holes on the dead marines armour

- chopped the legs of the dead marine away.

- tried to modify the helmet by greenstuffing it

- the hand lying in the water is from a bike riding marine

all in all I think it turned out good.

hey,

biggerthanjesus-That would look amazing as a night lord marine!Gotta love raziel!

Ethereal sword-i think it may be a big daddy dreadnought you are working on.If not i would love to see someone try this!

im working on one that uses a chaplain with jump pack body, Chapter master head, is armed with a thunder hammer and storm shield, and has wings

Again, great minds think alike I guess: I did this guy up about 4 years ago but never finished him...

My conversion I like most though would be this guy:

He may be old and one of my first 'real' conversions, but I was and still am mightily pleased with the result, humble as it may be.

There are others, more obvious and grand but none are board appropriate

Dominus -

This is absolutely beautiful work. It's almost classical... I really like it. Well done.

oh my god... that is absolutely amazing. And a classic bit of GW artwork too, one of my favorites brought to life.....

i did this quite some time back...

med_gallery_25269_966_35848.jpg

its a mix and match of various spare stuff lying around... i used a chaplain PF and the cloak from a wood elf

i kinda fudged up with the paintjob and am working to fix that.

i'd post a completed pic when its done
