Cassarus
TT: One always need more hq's, they are fun to buld and often even more fun to paint. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/118710-for-old-father-nurgle/page/3/#findComment-1379988 Share on other sites
Ekkanus
Still loving those pics Cassarus! Just wanted to say seeing your stuff has now inspired me to try and convert my ordinary space marines into chaos space marines - unfortunately Grandfather Nurgle doesn't have a new plaything - doing it up as a Slaaneshi army as i have a few Slaanesh symbols and standards that i can use on vehicles etc. If i like what i do with this one then i'm definately going to do a Death Guard army! Can't wait to see more pics! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/118710-for-old-father-nurgle/page/3/#findComment-1380031 Share on other sites
Cassarus
Hehe What can one say, after all that flattering I'm convinced you are a slaanesh follower :pinch: But your words realy make me feel appriciated and, your coments did my night so to speak  So thanks! And I'm sure we'll see you posting death guard pictures in the future  More to come. /Cassarus Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/118710-for-old-father-nurgle/page/3/#findComment-1380038 Share on other sites

Cassarus
Soo he's finaly finised, fixed som gaps in the armour, some finishing touches and I even added a little bell *Albreck* :P It has taken up a lot of time and effort to buld latley, so I realy hope you guys like the finished model. As you might see in picture 3 I've added my initials to he's left leg, thougth it was a fun detail :) Well nuff said.. http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r34/Cassarus/figgs059.jpg http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r34/Cassarus/figgs060.jpg http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r34/Cassarus/figgs061.jpg http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r34/Cassarus/figgs062.jpg http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r34/Cassarus/figgs063.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/118710-for-old-father-nurgle/page/3/#findComment-1382749 Share on other sites
ijiro
wow, that mini is gorgeous ... well, kinda :) Nice work. Where did you get the scythe from? Cassarus
Thanks :) The scythe is a mixture of parts, mostly ogre. The base is the ogre standard pole, and a ogre sword I cut to make it look like a scythe, the rest is from som model cars and gs. Terminus Est
Outstanding work there. The Typhus conversion is brilliantly original, tho my one small criticism is that his right arm, the one holding the scythe seems just a little small in most of the pics, compared to the huge hulking obliterator body i think the terminator arm could use a little beefing up. Keep up the good work, and i wanna see them all painted!
