all C+C greatly welcomed

I'm always impressed by IF armies like this. The paint job so exceeds the concept of a yellow marine. Really, really nice work. Though the Terminator doesn't seem as bright or as deep yellow as the Whirlwinds. Too much highlighting?

Was the extra the "cheesecake" photo in the background?

Those are some sweet IF's, the fact that you're really struggling to find a happy method of painting vehicles doesn't show cus the vindi's look awesome! great weathering and good touches of detail.

keep us updated!

ps. If thats you're GF in the pic well done!

The yellow is primed white,

then 5 parts golden yellow to 1 part fiery orange,in 2 thinnish coats.

highlightings just golden yellow with skull white, from more yellow progressing to more white obviously.

blacklinings just black ink carefully put into recesses

oh yeah and it is the missus lol, she kinda loves herself.....

I do thin it! :pinch: Problem is i'm so slow that it dries up.

Nevermind :P Drifting off-topic...

then use a wet palette!, search the tut section i made a tut awhile ago...keepos your colours alive for up to and over a week with a lid

***liking the fists, i have some crimson fists im going to fix up better, weathering on yelllow models looks so nice

Damn beautiful work indeed,

the vehicles look very clean an shiny.

Like to have some more detail shots on those and, besides, of you girlfriend on the table looking a least as good as the vehicles.

Nevermind.. just joke.

Beatuiful girl, beuatiful models.

Man, looks like you're have to be a lucky guy :P

Greetings from fist to fist.

I love the paint job, when done right, that yellow and grey is frickin' amazing! It's one of the most stand-outish color schemes around. It's also very clean cut, and concise (which I like about marines)

I do like them, amazing job, one day, I'll be able to paint this good... one day....
