Kerrigan
:tu: My first vehicle for my Death Guard force. The planning and converting took more time than the painting will, I think. ;) Fully magnetized, I can swap weapons or make a rhino out of it. http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06088.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06100.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06097.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06094.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06095.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06122.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06128.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06136.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06166.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06143.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06155.jpg Got some more work done, Predator is almost finished. I started with the icon of the second rhino, it's the same green as the squad it will be transporting. I start painting the hatches of the rhino tonight. I'll make a rhino in the same colour scheme as the Predator. I'll post pictures in daylight when all is finished. http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06174.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06180.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06181.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06188.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06191.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06195.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/122770-death-guard-blog-pic-heavy/ Share on other sites
Brother Vyze
I am not sure what effect your were trying to get with the mouth on the front but, you might want to Green Stuff it so it looks more comming out of the tank because right now, it looks attached to the tank. Besides that, I love it. Great work with the GS and the fact that it is magnitized means you can show it off more often. Kerrigan
The face is an ornament, I painted it brazen brass, but the daemon inside the tank is peeping out through the mouth. Zeller
That is satisfyingly disturbing. Great job, really fulfills the "chaos predators are so twisted they barely resemble their loyalist counterparts". Kerrigan
I started working on a Death Guard Vindicator. As I don't intend to use it for other purposes, I made it really possessed. It looks a bit messy, but it will be toned down once undercoated and painted. I started on the dozer blade, pics will be posted soon. http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06656.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06653.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06652.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/DSC06661.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/122770-death-guard-blog-pic-heavy/#findComment-1454302 Share on other sites

Brother Plasticard
Greetings fellow DG player. I really like the side hatch with w/e coming out of it (first pic of the vindie). :o Both of your models look busy (no, not that way), and they really look top notch! Cheers, Brother P. Muskie
Good work. Are you using Camo Green as your base coat. Then brown/orange wash? Is there some Fiery Orange or Rust Brown Ink involved? I gotta get back to Nurgle someday soon. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/122770-death-guard-blog-pic-heavy/#findComment-1454812 Share on other sites

Kerrigan
Good work. Are you using Camo Green as your base coat. Then brown/orange wash? Is there some Fiery Orange or Rust Brown Ink involved? I gotta get back to Nurgle someday soon. My recipe: undercoat chaos black (duh), mix gretchin green/charadon granite ( I mix it on the model), than highlighting with mix camo green/rotting flesh. After that, a mix of dark green/brown ink (in mixing pot) and brown ink. Kerrigan
Continued with my termis. I want 6 of them, including a lord would make 7 models. I want to use Nurgle's favourite number 7 as much as possible. Unfortunately, Termis come boxed in 5 models. So I bought a second lord box for a sixth terminator to built. The lord will deepstrike seperately from the unit. Maybe in the future I will make a 7th terminator, not sure. They are expensive, in both ways! :) But anyhow, here is some progress: http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e111/raphaeloudsen/Death%20Guard/Elites/DSC06832.jpg Iconbearer with reaper autocannon (thought it would be wise to give one model both a expensive weapon and banner.
