Homebrew Gods?

Hello Brothers

I was wondering if it would be possible to create our own (lesser) Gods? I wasn't sure if their was any restrctions or fluff I don't know about...

I was thinking of creating a small warband dedicated to a lesser God after I've done some work on my current Nurgle army. And please don't recommend Malal, Necho or the guy who begins with Z (lol), as I already know of them, however they don't fit what I had in mind.

Thank you for reading this,

I brewed one, just for fun. It was a while back and its an unfinished product not to be judged harshly just yet.

Aduun Rao

Warp god of Seeping Sorrows and Sadness. He drifts the vacuum of space, tears of ill emotion drifting around him as if orbiting him. This mist and sparkly aura cloaks his detection from psykers and those who would hunt him. He, still connected to the warp he was exiled from gathers the emotion that drives his power. Such is the nature of this being that the Chaos Gods do not want his power source, but they do not benefit from his presance and drove him to exile. The nature of his power is to take the sadness of those around him. Sadness not built from guilt, but of loss and dissapointment. The complicated relationship between him and Nurgle, is that nurgle feeds on despair of the weak, not the sadness of those in sorrow. A fine line never crossed. If he was still within the warp, his power could be called apon. Allowing those to abandon rage from vengeance, abandon lust to cover their pains, abandon the path of despair over a lost one and abandon their will for power lust without the burdens. A power the gods will not allow to mature, but given the nature of his power, whoever to slay him obtains it, and would lose their ability to remain as they are forever. Chaos power is forbidden to slay him, and thus Tzeentch tries hard to get Culexus/Soulless creatures to hunt him and destroy his presance utterly. The eldar know of such a being, and serach endlessly for it. Adrift in space, cloaked and dark, his tears seep endlessly expanding his glitter among space. A long dark grey robe he floats with, his face hidden as to hide his sadness, the oversized hood leaving room for gravity to carry his tears to the ground, they evaporate into smoke as they strike the ground. As to hide his path of tears. He does not defend himself, and takes the sadness of those around him. His tap of power cannot be called apon if you create sadness with it, so he often ressurects those who would follow him after a battle if at least one would feel the loss of those following him. They say those who he touches leaves sadness forever until they sadden another. One would have to kill all those and loved ones for Aduun Rao to allow them their peace, since none live to feel the sorrow of loss. Such is the price of following this lord of tears, he mourns all and takes the sadness of those all around him, perhaps to lull the spirit of war as he sheds their tears for them.

(Side note was added later in another fluff addition, referred to as Rao, whoever says his full name gets his attention, and his servants prefer not to share his whole name)

My Dragon Kings worship a Chaos entity called Wang Lung. Sometimes he's not associated with with any other god and sometimes he's an aspect of Tzeentch. Not all worlds use the same name for the chaos gods so you can call them what ever you want really.
