Tfcdogbert
A shame to spoil the artemis model i think (i love it :D) but you seem like you are going to do it justice. I especially like the Ballet performing dreadnaught :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/131667-deathglog/#findComment-1516441 Share on other sites

Muskie
I hope you post some more details to your armor color. What is so special about the 10th company? I always toyed with doing the 60 Deathguard who stayed loyal, that is about one armie's worth of dudes. I'd need a lot of crusader armor. I think that works well for Deathguard. I'm not so crazy over the offical minty green trim from when they were loyal... Anyway I'll be watching what you're up to. I gotta do me one of these never ending threads seeing as how my army never ends... Tyrannicide
The dread. is intresting, kind of looks like a transformer, nice paint job. I think your Daemon Prince will turn out to be a great center-piece for your army. I look forward to more progress. Cpt. Cortez
I like it all! but... (theres always a but!!) the dreds feet look a little small compared the rest of the model, what about adding some claws to them similar to the power claw but smaller? make it look as if they really grip the floor as the dred pegs it. liam Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/131667-deathglog/#findComment-1519142 Share on other sites
Bigger-than-Jesus
++++++++++++FLUFF NAZI WARNING LOL++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Deathguard only ever had 7 grand companies. If you don't care, then go for it anyway, if you do care, say the X represents the fact that they know that they're damned, 'cause they do(at least mortarion does). Btw you asked for it by entioning fluff nazis lol Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/131667-deathglog/#findComment-1519173 Share on other sites

Btw you asked for it by entioning fluff nazis lol huh funny thing is, after the heresy typhus kinda took over death guard and split death guard into two groups: those who stayed with mortarion, and those who went with typhus. now typhus could have taken on alot of other traitors, and made more companies... so to say that a post heresy DG army can't do it is preposterous. Anyway, I think i'm gonna work round it somehow. anyway, the first PM squad is about ready for paint. Standby... chaplainmikey
I reall like the paint jobs on your Death Guard, top stuff! ;) Your lord conversions has to be my favourite Deathguard model i've seen,he just looks really menacing and very plagued. I do have one complaint, and that would be the Dreads legs,i'm not a fan of models posed to be running that have one leg stuck out behind them.Minor thing though, because the Dread itself is fantastic! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/131667-deathglog/#findComment-1519712 Share on other sites

Grimdour The Incinerator
Beautiful work, man. I suggest some traditional Nurgle mutation with your Prince; maybe mutate the sword to have spikes running through it? Or maybe get a Necron spine and attach it to the backpack.
