The purple on the armour is done thus: 1)A couple of thined coats of Hormagaunt puple on all armour areas,except for the recesses. 2)1 part hormagaunt purple/2 parts Warlock puple/1 part water all over the previous layer. 3)Add white to the previous mix for first stage highlights. 4)Add more white for second stage highlights. Always keep your paint thin with water to get a smooth finish. As Dam13n said,Sergeant Demetrius's head is from the Blood Angles Baal predator. As for Lucius,i had in mind of using Ultramarines honour guard rules and models for Tarvitz's command squad and Lucius could be the Chapter champion but its a nice idea to use him as Chaplain too.
