Yikes! 2 years and this gets unburied...

Given that the 5th ed codex holds the "how" of Ragnar becoming a Wolf Guard and then Wolf Lord, Wolf's Honour is just the redemption tale.

Another Ragnar series would be great, especially if it fleshed out the codex fluff. With Bill King back in BL's good graces, it would be interesting to see more from him. Mike Lee wrote amazingly for the Wolves in the short story Wolf at the Door, so seeing him pick up a new Ragnar series would be very good.

In reading this set of books I laughed a lot at the relaxed manner the wolves acted.

They were in ever sense a pack of wolves and they lived like one.

The funniest bit is in this book for me when they meet the old gtizzled 13th company bod who calmly says about the Spear of Russ how Leman Russ lost it trying to throw it at the moon when he was drunk.

I mean Ragnar has spent ages to get get the thing back and he finds out 1st hand the Russ only kept it to hand to keep the old man (the big E) happy.

What a kick in the teeth and it made me keel over laughing.

sven is always going to be the best charachter followed closely by haegr only because we have known sven from the start.

Praise Bloody Russ!

PS:i loved tales of drunk russ. when the emperor punched him for fighting with horus and Dagmar says "that was the quietest month we ever had on the ship"

PPS i read on lexicanum that strybjorn becomes a wolf guard battle leader in ragnar's company but any news on what happens to sven?
