scruff
Here we go, an old conversion I did of a librarian based on a spare grey knight miniature I had knocking around. Finished around a month before pics of the new GW miniature started popping up online at which point I felt just a bit upset. Anyway here goes with the pics, oh and can anyone guess the origin of the fingers on the left hand? nurglespuss
I like this, very dynamic and original, and some nice appropriate sculpting too :> The only thing I can possible suggest, is to paint the Ultramarine Sign on the top of his terminator carapace white, to stand out against the gold wings :> Great original work! Prtyjedi
Hey, that's a really cool model, and a nice distinctive look thanks to the GK bits. What bothers me is the left hand, because the thumb's position/pointing makes it look silly. But that's just me.
Kryppers
I'll take a guess and say the fingers are from the PA Rocket launcher's support arm. its a well converted model, and you've done a good job making it look like a librarian and not a GK.. nicely done. although.. my only major criticism is that the back of the torso looks raised too high
mitchell93
Tophttp://i340.photobucket.com/albums/o322/scruffbc/2008_0724miniatures0246.jpg its missing its little finger ?!? :) other than that very good (for a smurf :D )
madman544
Are the left hand fingers from a wraithlord? ;) that would explain why there are only 3 ive spent way too much time repositioning those tiny pieces not to recognize them lol
Kushan Blackrazor
Thought for sure they were from the gunner's left hand in the old Vindicator kit...
scruff
He did have four, will have to see if I can find the missing finger. So far no one is close to what I used though ;)

Heru
Poor guy missing a finger and having a dislocated/broken thumb that's gotta be a pain.
homerjwho
Looks awesome, I like the grey knight head idea. Is it Stern's hand by any chance?
Irabrai
Would it be a space marine hand chopped up so that the fingers are pointing out, instead of being clenched? Lookin good.
Fuhror Templar
yeah, I like the whole conversion and the grey knight head looks awesome for a librarian as well as the scripture from the GK terminator. I don't think the hand is from Bro-Cap Stern. I wanna say the hand from the roke launcher cut up and put horizontal, but that was apparently a no, so i think its all green stuff maybe? Mal
is that a tac marines hand, the one that grips the boltgun near the barrel? It looks like those fingers were once curled (from the joints) but there are 2 joins made there... so it could possibly even be from a fist.. Eight
Dire Avenger or Prince Yriel? Awesome model by the way. =D
Midas
The model is great. The hand came frome the warp.
scruff
The fingers are actually the tips of aerials from the old rhino kit, so just from the bits box no where as exotic as the warp. I might give him a bionic pinky thinking about it, that's not a bad idea at all.
Jahxius the Interrogator
Wow, I like the GK head, honestly I think their awesome, too bad the don't offer them as an alternative to termie heads ;)
