Yayap40k
I want to make my alpha legion loyal to tzeentch, but cant come up w/ a good story. i was thinking something along the lines of had to look to tzeentch for help on something, like inquisitor chased them from there base and crippled there ship in the warp and had to pledge there suls t o tzeentch. thats pretty bad, i know, but i suck at writing fluff. as u see, i need help!! Assault Brother Pervazius
i would say it wouldnt be too far of a stretch for the alpha legion to work for the change god. i could see them just fitting the role of working towards change and possibly anarchy. they dont need to have a forced fall into worshipping a god either, it could be willingly for their benefit, but i dont know if the alpha legion would go so far as to accept mutations and such...that doesnt seem much their style but then again make them how you please. Kalrik
As an alpha Legion player, and a fan of the lord of change, I find this thread relevant to my interests! The Cabal that has the visions which told Alpharius about the horus heresy, where you think them visions come from? Yep the lord of change! Complicated convoluted plans, that when they go off blow the minds of everyone around them, sounds like Alpha Legion to me... but I was talking about Tzeentch!! The entire time Alpha Legion has been Tzeentch's puppet,(as are all mortals, gods, demons, and robots -- they just don't know it) your particular cell could of just accepted this fact better then the other cells. it wouldn't be hard to say your AL formed a pact with A representative of the Lord of change, it wouldn't be hard at all. The following was created with Kalrik's ultimate plot generator (my head) Durring a routine sabotage mission post heresy, your cell,(used instead of warband) uncovered documents stating there is some powerful relic of the imperium some ulitamte truth on a far away planet... when your cell goes to fetch it, there is nothing there but a temple to Tzeentch, upon entering it, and looking for the relic, they are greated by completely non-hostile Horrors, and maybe an Excommunicated Thosuand Son sorcerer, who explains to them how the universe works, and that they have always been working for the lord of change... after displaying proof of the lord of changes great powers, the Captain(at that time) would mull over the idea and eventually enough chaos taint would get in to make them decide to turn to the lord of change. That was just 2 minutes off the top of my head, its prolly not very good, but I think Alpha Legion would rarely be desperate, so they'd turn to Tzeentch willingly under the right conditions. something like Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/141924-need-help-w-fluff/#findComment-1641439 Share on other sites
