I also went with a generic outstretched hand at a 45 degree angle, and GS'd it in. It actually looks really good. ***wip pics of super-secret collaborative mini soon. He did all the fabulous conversion work, and sculpted a ton of stuff on the model. On cool thing he did was remove the flurry of iconography, and sculpt and smooth the armor back into place.
