SeerDude
ok i was playing a 2000 point game last night and during play my friend claimed a objectve with some wraithgaurd and i objected to this but he said cause he had them down as troop choices he could do this i had no choice but to accept this but was quite confused. Is he correct? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/143015-holding-objectives/ Share on other sites
JamesI
Wraithguard can be troops under certain circumstances (I think they have start at 10 in the unit to count as troops) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/143015-holding-objectives/#findComment-1655895 Share on other sites
HotSoup
Wraithguard can be troops under certain circumstances (I think they have start at 10 in the unit to count as troops) Indeed, a 10 man(At the start of the game) Wraithguard squad+Spiritseer counts as a troop choice if you want it to. He was right. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/143015-holding-objectives/#findComment-1656159 Share on other sites
battle captain corpus
He was indeed correct. Anything that "becomes" or "assumes" a troop choice, such as Deathwing or any of the current traits (such as having assault troops etc as troops), may claim an objective. Everything else merely contests an objective. BCC Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/143015-holding-objectives/#findComment-1656953 Share on other sites
