First of all 2 pictures got double post, also a comment I can tell you is that you need to thin your paint, cause acrylic paint become glossy when you put it thick like you did. Also I think there are dots of red paint all over the backpack. I suggest adding more things onto the base cause right now it looks kind of plain.

I like your general color scheme but it looks like he could use a little touching up. Especially around the edges or the shoulder pads and legs. Mostly just places it looks like your paint brush bumped where you weren't meaning it to.

The figure is a good start. What might help you is to thin your paintd in future and try using the foundation paint mecharite red as a base for your red. It looks like you have used one thick coat of red to get the colour. Otherwise just use multiple thin coats of red to slowly build up the colour. Apart from that I think that you have a nice colour scheme and I want to see what your next figure looks like.
