Capt. Kenaz
Work in Progress of an AM Explorator for my Steel Confessors command squad. In game he would count as a space marine veteran sgt. with a power fist and combi-plasma gun. Fluffwise, the Steel Confessor's Chapter has up to three AM equerries or assistants assigned to each of their comapnies at any one given time to help with the equpiment, any interesting finds they may make, assistance in Xenos erradication, etc. Yet to be done is a GS hood and tabard/robes to cover up his back and skull, and some to also clean up the combi weapon. I'm, thinking Dr. Ock style mechandrites coming out of his back and tattered robes would be coool. http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o18/joseph1861/100_0065.jpg Close-up of weapon: http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o18/joseph1861/100_0066.jpg Anyone know how to make claws or tips to a mechandrites / guitar cables' end? What do you suggest, more cables? Servo arms? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/143910-pelagios-santos/ Share on other sites

IamJacksUserName
For tips to mechandrites I would recommend the end part of the necron gauss rifle. So long as your guitar wire is thick enough it makes a decent plug looking piece. Freebooter
The best I can do at guessing the model is to tell you it's from Warmachine... Couldn't tell you which, I'm a Hordes player afterall... For the mechandrites the best I've seen people do is ether craft the claws from Plasticard or use the Inquisitor scale Servo skull's claws. Nice start so far, just needs a bit more work :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/143910-pelagios-santos/#findComment-1668194 Share on other sites
Gargantuan
It's the khador warcaster "Butcher of Khardov" from Warmachine. It looks good. ;) Could you post a pic of him next to a marine? WingsOfTheFalcon
Be interesting to see when you've done the GS, my initial thoughts are he looks a bit 'human' for a magos, but I reserve my judgment until it's finished. Like the work on the head so far, can't wait to see it hooded up!
