Good review. I think I'll pick up a saw this weekend while I'm up at the Glen Burnie bunker so I can properly cut up a heavy bolter. As an aside, how well does it cut through green stuff?

I really wouldn't. Having just tried it, it has a tendency to shred the GS rather than cut it smoothly. My advice would be cut first, sculpt after. :P

Good review. I disagree a bit over the files - while expensive, I have found them much better than the old GW files - giving a much smoother finish. I really like them.

I quite agree - they are much better than the old ones. My point is that compared to the market, there are ones as good in quality for a fraction of the cost.

Woops. The GS has been hard for days, so maybe it will be OK?

So was mine, but it was more of an odd scrap. It might work on a proper layer, but the GS just crumbles under the pressure. Try it on something that you don't mind and see how it goes, not on your brand new custom sculpt!
