Going to give him a skull, and a staff thing, just not sure what to put on the end of the staff.

And also, should I give him wings or a jumpack? I'm scared if I use the wings he's going to look too much like a possessed model, so C+C would be appreciated.

very nice scheme, im using a similar one on mine. i am wondering how to do the shoulder pads. its been suggested to me they would have to be dark i.e green but then you lose the chapter badge. what are you gonna do?

but so far thats a very good model.

@Asmodeus' Swordhand: Thanks. :P Means a lot. Helps me stick to the one project when you get nice comments. ;)

@nurglephill: Cheers, and I'm likely to use the same scheme as on his grieves, but it's quite annoying to try and get the streaks right on the shoulder pads due to the curve, and also that there's skulls molded on it. :P I'll try them tonight and post a picture up later.

The problem imo is that he looks too much clean for now.

This can be easily broken with some various and filthy juices, blotchs, and such.

Maybe adding rust, maybe verdigris for a change, and oil-like blotchs and flows on strategic points.

I think the new washes will be perfect for that, you can even add more acrylic medium to a mixture of black and brown, to make it look like proper oil.

Anyway I'm not a pro, I'm sure there are plenty more options ^^

I'm way too lazy when it comes to this, but UPDATE:

In all his blu-tacable glory. Wings will be repositioned further back and he will be elevated slightly above the ground.

still not sure un the head, any suggestions would be very much appreciated, and tips on nurgling him up would be great.

The paintjob looks really nice on this guy, but could you possibly take a better photo? Either take it outside or with a good daylight bulb shining on it, and if possible set your camera settings to macro close up and rest it on something with a timer setting... well that's the best way I've discovered so far - it would be nice to see the colour scheme more clearly.

i dont think the head works. but thats the only thing thats wrong! great great work!

as for the right thing to use.....id say something like the typhus head. certainly one horn, a big one, in the middle. not two lil baby things.

anyway i would say you need to update faster! but then so do i....i am sooo slow lol.

best of luck, keep up the great work
