Fluff to come soon. Here are a few pics of my soon to be chapter master, 2 vet sgt's and a test mini from the masters of the chapter.

C&C appreciated. Some advice on how to photograph better would be awesome as well.

I was thinking either a Blood Angels or Ultramarines successor chapter.

Also, for drizzt and any who are curious of the red:

It was Mechrite red, a few thin washes of Badabb Black, Red gore (quite thin and not totally covering the model, just high places), then another wash of badabb black on the edges, finally a very very thin coat of Blood angels red and then pure BA red on a select few edges.

I have to be honest Mechrite Red and Badabb black are super awesome.

I was thinking urban bases on these chaps, or maybe ruins, any ideas? (basing is my least fav part of modeling since I have no experience doing it) I was thinking of doing snow and ruins and I recall a recipe for snow with glue and baking soda, anyone got a link?

Thanks in advance!

Really liking the look of these. the minimal amount of metallics being used is a refreshing sight. As Scar Weaver pointed out however, they do look like a DA successor despite the predominant red. looking good though and look forward to seeing more of them.

Thanks for the colours for your red. Can't wait to see more!

very nice models indeed.

As some guys said before, they look more like DA succesors (probably because you used DA bits, or at least I think you did), but it's also possible to say they're BA succesors (because of the red), but definetly not UM succesors...

Champ Industries does some nice industrial and urban bases that are injection molded like the GW bases. They are 30 cents apiece. I ordered 100 of each and I'll be using them for a long while to come.

New pics up at http://s508.photobucket.com/albums/s327/Walker203/

The last few pics are of a mini that I have been working on a glowing effect. Any c&c would be much appreciated.

I think the glow effect on plasma is something I would really like to master, (as well as nmm, but that is a long way aways yet).

I am going to try to get my chapter master finished tonight.

Thanks all!
