Witch Hunters can BE allies to all Space Marine Chapters and their variants, all Imperial Guard chapters and their variants, and Daemon Hunters allowing 1HQ/1EL/2TR/1FA as allies.

Both Witch Hunters and Daemonhunters can use Inducted Imperial Guard and Allied Space Marines in their army, but not both at the same time.

Allied Space Marines can only join the Witch Hunters or Daemon Hunters so long as Sisters of Battle or Grey Knights are not present in the army.

Both Indcuted Imperial Guard and Allied Space Marines have compulsary units that must be fielded in order to take more advanced options.

So, to summarise Toogeloo's analysis, yes, it is possible, but only out of either a Marine or Gaurd parent list. I have used Guard Armoured division with a Death Watch Kill Team as a second HQ choice backed up buy fast attack Grey Knights and mechanised Sisters. It was a fast moving list for a previous edition, but most of it is still technically possible.

You can mix seperate Inquisition forces too; it would be perfectly legal to attach Daemonhunter allies to a Witchhunter army under the standard rules (up to 1HQ, 1 Elite, 2 Troops, 1 Fast Attack) or vice-versa, and the entry for the Deathwatch kill team specifies that they can attach to other Inquisition forces. I currently play my Sisters of Battle list backed up by a squad of Grey Knights to give me a good close-combat unit, and I've been considering adding a Deathwatch Kill Team to my list later on so that all three Ordos of the Inquisition will be represented in my army.

The proper gainsaying given the desire to include inducted Marines as stand-ins for more massed Ordo Xenos forces beyond a single squad is probably that it can't be done out of the Guard list, a Marine parent is the only option in that senario. Is the Death Watch document still legal?

I think the Deathwatch document is still legal, but I'm not 100% sure.

Is it possible to take SoB and Grey Knights in the same list? Also, is it possible to take inducted Space Marines along as well? I'm hoping I can take an all Ordos lists with GKs, SoBs and the new Deathwatch Marines from new 5e codex.

If you are thinking of the sternguard veterans (who are similar to the deathwatch in they get cool ammo options) you can only do it with a parent marine list. As they are Elites and non of the conscript rules for DH or WH allow any Marine elite units, or GK or SoB if you take inducted marines at all.

But you can take a standard marine list with 1 HQ, 2 Troops and 1 or more sternguard units then add 1HQ/1EL/2TR/1FA from the DH or WH lists as Allies. Some people have made the claim that you can take 1HQ/1EL/2TR/1FA from DH and 1HQ/1EL/2TR/1FA from WH, staying in the force org restrictions. Others claim its 1HQ/1EL/2TR/1FA for all allies. But you can take both WH and DH units at the same time either way.
