Are these finished yet? i don't think so. try to highlight the the edges a little with a brighter blue. maybe write some runes on the cybot or the rhino. they just don't look very "wolfy" right now, more like dirty smurfs ^^

Oh and if you have spare bits (wolf tails and the like) don't hestitate to put them on your termies.

Firstly, no they are completely finished yet, I do need to put some more stuff on them to be more Space Wolfish. As for the highlights, I don't like the way they look so I don't do that to my models, I make put some Black Ink in the recesses to help bring out the details a bit.

bad luck right there... your rhino will blow up first turn from now on... ;)

get those suckers highlighted! ;)

Some advice for your wolf, putting a darker brown on the top in a drybrushing manner will help give the effect it is in fact a wolf. ;)

i'm working on my aobr marines as we speak

a few hints:)

add wolf tails and such on the termies and the dread, same with the rhino and all the other marines

another way of wolfing up the terminators is to give them a SW head i did it with my terminator wolf guard based opun the terminator sgt

Just to point out, the FW SW TDA upgrade kit is fully compatible with AoBR (how many abrieviations?!?) I spoke to the guy who designed them, Simon Egan.

To do it, you just saw off the backplate and then smooth down the back section. From there it fits perfectly. Pic's when I fix my camera!

nice work ^_^

I'll have to post a pic of mine from the white dwarf as he's packin' an AC with chain fist :P

While I guess it is technically compatible, it would look a hell of a lot better with the regular Terminator box set. There's more pose options and the shoulder pads are separate, so you can actually use the FW Space Wolf Terminator shoulder pads. Also, there's no hacking and sawing involved, aside from the regular trimming of FW parts of course.

I have enough bits left over from other Termies to use the FW shoulders and a few HW's. As for the pose options, the 5 AoBR legs are in fact the 5 normal legs. Basically, they glued the back of the torso to the legs and recast them. The sawing is very, very easy and as long as you smooth down the back section you've basically got the normal TDA legs.

But I wouldn't recommend this for new people, it's more for experienced modellers who have spares floating about and know what they're doing. Also, I only spent £18 on AoBR and probably wouldn't have done anything with them much for a while.
