That is one very impressive looking Vulkan He'stan. Is it hard fitting the dark elf cloaks to the space marine bodies, I'm just curious because I'm very inspired by the mini and wouldnt mind having a go at making one myself. Keep up the the good work.

This Vulkan is basically a treasure hunter for the Salamanders. They have a belief that when X amount of Vulcan's artifacts have been found, the big guy will come back. So far Y amount of artifacts have been found and currently, Vulkan uses them.

He has the pull of an inquisitor in the Salamanders, in that, he isn't a captain of any company, but rather, has the powers to make any Salamander do his bidding, not that I think he'd need to coerce anyone affiliated with the Salamanders. He'd probably have to fend off volunteers.

As for the model itself, its a looker Grandmaster!

Its ok to do, the rear of th elf torso is attached to the cloak so that needs to be chopped away, but after that is a simple fit!

Thanks for all the nice words guys :)

just a WOW-model to me! I want it! ^_^

I reckon you've done really well on this model, you've done a very good, clean conversion, with an amazing pain-job to boot!

THANK YOU!!! :D

I can now imagine what my two Chapter Masters would say if he met the great Forgefather:

Grand Dragon Master Kyvaan Michelus: "My Sons of the Dragon are yours to command, Forgefather"

Repentant Dragon High Master Ji'Haa Hak'iss: "As are mine, my Lord"

Forgefather Vulkan He'Stan: "Thank you, Brothers, I will command them well"

*cue frenzied cheers from assembled members of the Sons of the Dragon/Dragons of Repentance*

like, just ftw ^_^
