h1ve_m1nd
Greetings to all! I am currently in the midst of assembling my Chaos Warhound Titan from Forge world. I was wondering if anyone out there has any advice as to posing and assembling the legs so that: 1. The body sits level or slightly pitched forward 2. The legs will match up in height and relative position with the hip sockets I have my own theories but hearing from those who have come before you is always a good idea. Thanks in advance Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/146871-chaos-warhound-titan-advice-needed/ Share on other sites
metcalfedan
Sorry can't help you there mate, I am myself currently building a warhound from the Legio LEGO - it's made of lego! Hope you get some advice. *looks at other 94 people that viewed this topic and didn't post* but at least i took the time to actually post. Vash113
Well given the shocking price of Forge World kits I doubt there are that many people who actually own one, and some of those who do probably got theirs second hand and didn't even assemble it so the pool of people qualified to answer is probably rather slim. If I had that kind of disposable income I'd get one but sadly... Lion in the Stars
I haven't built one (not enough disposable income anymore, sadly), but I'd suggest building the hips, and then rigging some kind of support up so hold the hips at the height you wanted. Then build the legs to match the height, leaving the hydraulic pieces for last. Don't forget to soak the resin in Simple green or 409 Orange for a couple days, and scrub the crud out of the parts to get the mold release off them.
