It must've been absolutely painstaking to do all those layers and still manage to keep details in the armour like on the legs where those little lines run underneath the knee pads, i've never managed to be able to do that :( !! Maybe some more highlighting on the hips to tell where the thigh plates begin and the soft armor ends? Or maybe paint the soft armor slightly different? Like a very dark grey? Gothical Posted September 25, 2008 Share Posted September 25, 2008 In either the codex or a very old White Dwarf (when 3rd Ed codex was released IIRC) the White Panthers had purple "soft armour" to distinguish it - looked rather nifty (but then they had yellow trim, dunno how it would look with red trim). Something similar could look really good on these. I 'gree with all the above statements about the white. Lovely clean colour and crisp shadows. Looks ace! Also, I've not seen anywhere about the Panthers having purple soft armour, from memory and every pictorial example I've ever seen, it's always been black.
