My take on a couple of daemon rules

First, the one thats more obvious. As pavane of slaanesh is a shooting attack, The Masque can use it three times in the shooting phase, but she can only use it three times on one unit because she has no rule stating she can target seperate units.

 

Second, the blue scribes. They get one base shooting attack, plus one for master of sorcerery, and (here's where the tricky part comes in) an extra one, because there are two passengers on the chariot (and the chariot is considered a jet-bike for rules purposes, and the jet-bike is a type of bike, and that's the rule in the bike section, plus one attack per extra passenger).

 

I'm guessing people already know and agree with the first, and i'm guessing nobody plays with the second because that's not the spirit of the rule, but by RAW i'm thinking the second is correct, yes?

Where are you getting this chariot rule? I can't find a picture of the model but the fluff mentions them having a flying disk, not a chariot. Also, the rules call them Jump Infantry, not Bike. So, no, they don't get a third shooting attack.

Sorry, but yes she does have a rule allowing her to "shoot" other units, she has the "we are legion" gift, purely for that reason.

 

As for your other question I can't help you there.

she would have to have the "We are legion" anyway cause Pavane says it cannot be used more than once on a target.
