Wolf89
Nice work, I'd suggest referring to the lava effects tutorial to work on your lava a bit more. Look quick and simple, great job. :eek
Wadey13
Oh man, I can't wait to see these with the pads mate! I was thinking about using the Black Templar storm shields when i finally get some Salamander Terminators, I don't think they'd look out of place on any Space Marine Terminator really
Arch«•»Angel
lol! when i was staring at them, i was thinking "hmmmm something just dosnt look right". then i realized they didnt have shoulder pads. dunt worry bout fw. if you live in north america, its to be expected that it takes that long. mine took slightly longer than a month. Remmah
The chaos black on the sergeant;s head looks unfinished and it's to dark to go well with the red and green. I think dark flesh would make it stand out more and it goes a lot better with th red and green. The boltgun metal part of the hammer could use a black ink wash or highlighting with chainmail or both. Also as mentioned the lava still needs work. Plain red isn't doing the rest of the model justice. Other then that, i like them ;) the extreme highlights on the green work great an the red on the shields make the green stand out even more. Master Toddius
I think its a very good table top quality squad. Love the balance of color you got going. One of the now most lethal assault terminators and HtH groups in the game. Enjoy those master crafted thunder hammers and 3+ inv storm shields... ;)
Brother-chaplain Astador
Nice colouring, really good work on the bases too my only critisicm would be the sergent - his face actually looks like charcoal, combined with his red eyes he actually looks like lucifer :tu:
The Defiler
About the sarge's head, I believe Valor painted it the way GW wants us to imagine Salamanders Space Marines now.. This is the first time I see what it looks like once painted, and it looks like cr I really don't buy their idea.. I've seen many more Chaos Space Marines minis which looked less possessed by Daemons !! :) I really think, Valor, that you should repaint his face dark flesh, and give him back his human eyes... (that's my humble opinion, but it's your minis... so you choose what you like the most !! ;) ) Keep up the good work anyway ! ^_^ the def
Grand Master SFDRF
Looks Nice!! Altough does the highlights look like that in real life or is it just the pictures that do that??
